Green Beauty Characters Tag

I know I am extremely late getting this up, but I guess better late than never, right? That being said, I was tagged a bit ago by the adorable Liz from Smells Like a Green Spirit to do this fun little tag that was created by the gorgeous Sonja from Life in Blush. If you haven't already checked out their blogs, I encourage you to do so STAT! :-)

Here goes:

1) On my nightstand you will find - Nothing interesting, sadly! I really just have a lamp, alarm clock, whatever book I am reading at the moment and of course a lip balm of some sort. 

2) The literary character I am most like - Apparently, I am most like Galadriel from the Lord of the Rings trilogy. You can take the quiz here to see who you are most like!

3) I'm currently obsessed with - Finding the perfect red lipstick to go with my complexion (quite a challenge!)

4) My favorite superhero is - As a huge comic book nerd, I have a lot of superheroes that I love. But the one that I have collected the most memorabilia for is Wonder Woman. I'm really excited to see her in the upcoming "Batman vs Superman" movie, I think Gal Gadot is a great choice to play the Greek demi-god (in the reboot of the comic, she is Zeus' daughter with Hippolyta..told you..nerd!).

5) Favorite beauty product of 2013 - Since I can't pick just one, I have two posts that list my top faves of last year. You can check them out here and here. :-)

6) If I could have dinner with anyone dead or alive it would be - Mozart. As a classically trained soprano who is in love with his music, I'd be in heaven! Also, I'd see if he would write an aria just for me to sing! :-)

7) Winter is coming - how do you prep your skin for battle? By making sure to drink lots of water, exfoliating, and moisturize, moisturize moisturize!!

8) My perfect date night make up consists of - A smokey eye and nude/pinky lips.

9) My go-to skin-beautifying snack/drink is - My favorite basic green smoothie - banana, organic spinach, water - sooooo good!!! If I have more time (or the ingredients), I make Kimberly Snyder's Glowing Green Smoothie. 

10) My t.v. boyfriend is - Either Damon Salvatore from "Vampire Diaries", Hook from "Once Upon a Time" or Oliver Queen from "Arrow"

11) If my evening clutch could only hold one beauty item it would be - Either a compact (to check for shine and to make sure there is no food stuck in my teeth after eating!) or a lip balm, since I can't stand it when my lips get even a little dry.

12) One beauty tip I would pass on to my real/fictional daughter is - Know your ingredients and never go to bed with your make up on!

13) The most nostalgic item from my childhood is - That's another tough one! I'd have to say either my Wonder Woman doll (the one that came out during the Lynda Carter tv show), my Princess Leia 11" doll when the 1977 Star Wars came out, and my Pricess Leia action figures, or my Scarlett figure from GI Joe.

14)  My favorite tv show of the moment is - I have way too many right now - but a few are "Castle", "Sleepy Hollow", "Once Upon a Time", "Arrow", "Big Bang Theory", "Vampire Diaries", "Grimm", "Elementary", "Dracula" and "Walking Dead"....

15) My favorite quote is -  I really have a dozen or so that I love, but this one is one that I try and live by -  "Let food be thy medicine and let thy medicine be food" - Hippocrates.
