Product Obsession: Nature's Shea Butter

I've had a very long affair with Shea Butter. I mean, what's not to love about it? Besides its delicate nutty fragrance and superior moisturizing qualities, it has a laundry list of healing benefits that are almost too numerous to list (you can see some of them here).

So, when Nature's Shea Butter reached out to me awhile back to see if I wanted to try their products, I couldn't say no!

Imported from fair trade co-ops, they strive to create great products at a fair price. They are cruelty free and only use the highest quality vegan ingredients they can find.

They were gracious enough to send me:

1) Taste of Shea (mini sampler) - This set contains 12 1 oz jars of some of their best selling Shea Butters and I couldn't wait to dig in to each and every one! After testing each one, I can honestly say that my absolute favorites are the Chamomile Neroli (calming and regenerative), Patchouli (anti-aging and anti-acne) and the Frankincense & Myrrh (anti-aging and hydrating). The Shea Butter melts into skin like..well like butter and moisturizes like a champ! The consistency is rich, yet light, the scents are delish and the little mini size is perfect for stashing in your purse, gym bag or coat pocket for easy on the go travel!

2) Handmade Soap 6 Pack Gift Set - I absolutely adore handmade soaps and even more so when the ingredients are clean, good for my skin and cruelty free. Add to that they smell like heaven and produce a rich, skin softening lather that leaves you feeling clean, lightly scented and moisturized, I'd call this a win, win, win! :-) If I had to pick a favorite, I would probably have to go with either the spicy Vanilla Sandalwood (best pick for Fall/Winter) or the fruity Orange Hibiscus (Spring/Summer). But honestly, I adored them all!!

Overall thoughts:  The quality and performance of Nature's She Butter products can't be praised enough in my opinion. I definitely would like to try more of their products in the future and will probably keep the Chamomile Neroli & the Patchouli Shea Butters in my collection. Do I recommend these? Ummmmm..YES!
